Odyssey Land provides solutions to complex land, planning and development problems, in order to help address the housing crisis and provide high quality developments that provide a positive legacy for future generations to enjoy.

The business was founded by Tom Hughes, a Chartered Surveyor (RICS) with over 20 years' of property industry experience. His previous roles have included Director level positions at leading housebuilders Barratt Redrow and Redrow, where he held the posts of Strategic Land Director and Land Director respectively. Prior to this, he held senior positions at Berkeley Homes and CBRE. This extensive industry experience ensures that the requirements of both landowners and developers are met through the delivery of fully optimised schemes.
